Movement Class

This is our main 60-90 minutes class designed to be adaptable for all levels and ages. The only thing you need is a body and an open mind. In this class we explore the broad concept of movement developing our strength, mobility, joint prep, coordination, and more.

Personal Training

The quickest way to your goals is with a dedicated coach in your corner. Our Personal Trainers will develop an individualized plan for you and walk with you every step of the way to get you there. There is no greater accountability!

Specialty Classes

Our Specialty programs range from Handstands, Gymnastics Rings, Barbell Strength, and more. These classes are focused on helping you develop skills that align with your goals.

Semi-Private

Semi-Privates are the perfect bridge between Personal Training & Group Class! You will still receive an individualized program and your coach will be able to provide you with more 1-1 attention. Expect to sweat, have fun, and meet some awesome new friends.
